Percussion Pieces from Playful Composers

Pieces specially composed for children are a feature of this collection - from Faure's Dolly Suite through Debussy's Children's Corner, Saint Saens Carnival of the Animals to Tchaikovsky and the Nutcracker Suite. Although in the latter case 'children' might be a slight exaggeration. There are also playful pieces like Dvorak' Humoresque and even Beethoven's Bagatelles.

Children's Classics :

We seek to add value by presenting the music in new and exiting ways, freed from the technical constraints that applied to the composer but keeping faithful to the score. We think this could be a way of encouraging children to listen to pieces with fresh ears.
