Commercial Terms: DRM Free Recordings

We have partnered with Pay Pal to make it simple for you to buy individual MP3 recordings as soon as you have tried them.

For all orders we have set up a facility via PayPal where the Major Credit and Debit cards and existing Paypal accounts are accepted.

You can use our Online Shop to make your selections and purchases using the secure facilities provided by PayPal either on your account with them or with any of the major Credit or Debit cards.

Downloading

You will be entitled to return to the site over the next 3 days and download the MP3 file up to 5 times.

Audio Quality

The music is sold on an "as heard" basis using the lower resolution short samples generated from the same source material. If you have a problem with the quality of any of our products please come back to us directly.

Licensing

 

These digital recordings of re-interpretations of public domain music are licensed under a Creative Commons License. They are supplied for your personal use, including a reasonable number of copies on your playing equipment i.e. DRM free recordings - Apple follow where we have been leading. Modification of the files and their contents is not permitted.

 

Any commercial application, including public presentations through any media, of our products should be referred to the webmaster@Download2MP3 to negotiate terms for an appropriate licence.
