Musical Pans make

Steel Band Classics

On this site we have used synthesised  Carribean Pans to take the traditional steel  band to European Classical music sources and  come away with a new selection of steel band  classics. Focusing on rhythmic, often keyboard  pieces we have built arrangements around steel  drums - mixing in other instruments to provide  contrast, strengthen them in the higher ranges  and augment them on sustained notes. There is  a wide range of emulated instruments to  choose from and we have used marimba, a  classic mega Moog, Hammond organ, harp,  vibraphone and flying sine to provide  contrasting, complementing and or bass parts  in different combinations to augment the  contribution of the steel band. Download our  musical steel drum tracks and hear those sunny  Caribbean tones in tunes that will make you  smile when they are presented in this way.

The  tuneful response of synthesized metal (steel)  drums bring drama and a fresh new world  atmosphere to the old world music we have  selected.
